Geoff has over 25 years experience with major Chartered Accounting practices, working in areas of corporate insolvencies, forensic investigations and credit analysis. Geoff also has several years’ experience in corporate finance, working in senior credit and account management roles.
Geoff has worked on a range of insolvency matters, ranging from high profile large corporate insolvencies to voluntary wind ups of small businesses; across a broad range of industries. Geoff has also provided consulting advice to directors and other stakeholders associated with financially distressed businesses.
In addition to a high level of technical knowledge in regard to legal and procedural aspects of corporate finance, company insolvencies and forensic investigations, Geoff brings to his assignments strong skills in credit risk assessment and management, financial analysis and modelling, forensic data analysis, report preparation and litigation support.
